Avantages

Decent employees, health benefits are okay. Laid back atmosphere.

Inconvénients

Poor upper management, lack of goals, incentives, and motivation. Unhappy people. Working here just long enough to retire. Hardly anyone left with the experience needed to run things. They have all quit or died.

Avantages

Most people here are great to work with. Good health insurance benefits. Flexible hours. Pay is average.

Inconvénients

Management plays favorites with certain employees. Hiring of family members that don't have the proper experience. Some employees here have been the subject of physical and/or verbal abuse by members of upper management. Building is run down and dated, minimal upkeep. Upper management is very threatening/intimidating. I once saw a manager lunge toward another manager across the table in an attempt to assault the man. Turnover rate is going up.
