      Good work life balance, HR, CEO, and Clinical Department are very good, company is able to self reflect and fix it's issues

      Inconvénients

      R&D department has a history of total dysfunctional chaos and a lot of that still effects the day to day, but it is improving

      Fantastic product & procedure. Highest level of training possible. Narrowed focus on one procedure allows mastery. Truly disruptive, revolutionary technology in the field.

      Inconvénients

      Travel, Changing leadership at the executive level has (normal) growing pain impact for the reps.
