      Handing your notice in & leaving.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Don't have a good word to say about the place. Bullying culture from the very top. Threatened with job on a regular basis. Delusional management team. Don't know of anyone who who works there that has anything positive to say about it.

      You will meet SOME nice people.

      Inconvénients

      If working in billing dept the mgr is an passive aggressive person and will LIE to your face and GO BACK ON HER WORD. Billing dept has HIGH turnover Rate. Billing mgr HIRE ALL HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. So be ware. No growth (unless friends with billing mgr) . If billing mgr dont like you, SHE WILL FIND A REASON TO LET YOU GO. SEEN IT HAPPEN TOO MANY TIMES. IF friends with the Doctors your job is secure. HR and management stick together even if management WRONG!... NO 401K, no sick time.
