Avantages

Good benefits, bonus, nice paid time off

Inconvénients

A lot of talk about being employer of choice, but actions speak louder than words. It's all about the bottom line, and they do not want to hear suggestions for improvement. Management seems content to pay a service center with little or no accountability for performance and customer value.

Avantages

They have decent pay, if you're willing to fight for it and good PTO.

Inconvénients

It's a fight to get good pay if you're a long-time employee. It's easier as a new hire to start off with good pay than it is for existing employees to be compensated for their value & worth to the company. Too many layers of management and unsupportive to the lower level employees. Too many required meetings that could have been an email. With many employees working remote we have several touch base meetings each week/month. I believe this is just so we can get together. But many of these meetings really don't need to happen and could easily just be an email or wrapped up in 15-20 minutes, instead of filled with inconsequential items just to fill the hour. This is especially frustrating when meetings are scheduled during the lunchtime portion of the day.
