Avantages
You can read the reviews on the company and learn from the mistakes of others. Walk away and never look back. The list of pros for Pro-Vision is short. Many, but not all of the team members are wonderful people. Unfortunately, most of the team doesn't stay long when they realize the opportunities explained in the interview process don't exist or are highly exaggerated. The management team is a close knit group that works very hard to protect their own interests over those of the rest of the team.
Inconvénients
This list is much longer, but once again, you can stop here and walk away. Pro-Vision serves up systematically high turnover, micromanagement, shifting compensation plans and braggadocious owners who place more emphasis on getting awards hailing their supposed brilliance (does anyone really care about the Inc. 5000 list) than actually developing their business model into one that is a win-win for everyone. Your customers would prefer to be treated less shabbily as well. If something doesn't work, provide refunds, solutions and alternatives. Stand behind your products. If you are in sales, this is a pretty big hurdle to overcome if you're seeking to create any kind of client relationship. Sub-performing products are not a business strategy.
