Avantages

The team is great, respectful and fun. It is a great place to build cool features and work in a product that is awesome

Inconvénients

Speed is valued most over quality, so there is no much encouragement to write tests.

Avantages

The company has gone from a small 'startup' to a mature 'growing company'... I love going to work everyday - that is not something I can say for many places. Lithic (parent company of Privacy.com) has been the most diverse company with a strong cultural commitment. On top of that though is the talent, working with folks from incredible backgrounds creates an almost magical experience. Being the first 'IT' person, I have been given the freedom and credentials to make tangible and positive changes. Having a lot of experience in this field, usually doing this other places I am limited via infrastructure and/or existing policies - but Lithic welcomes the changes instead of 'fighting the current'. Suffice to say - I am extremely content here and see a strong future. Anyone looking for anything the above I would highly encourage applying!

Inconvénients

Limited roles. Being a smaller / nimble company - we do not have much in the way of turnover... So positions come and go very quick. As for actual work - there is nothing I can honestly say a ' negative or con'.

Avantages

Everyone is fiercely intelligent and at the same time very fun and easy to work with. The product is really cool - it's something that I feel very confident in, in both its current iteration and its future possibilities. This is a place where I feel encouraged and supported to learn new skills and I feel like I also have a very active hand in helping to shape the product and the company.

Inconvénients

It's a startup - there are always fires popping up here and there, and sometimes things will be broken for a little bit before someone can give them attention. I don't know if that's a con necessarily - some people really thrive in those sorts of environments. But there are no other real growing pains or cons for me - it's a cool company that's going places.
