      Avantages

      The best think about my job is I get to change peoples lives on daliy basis. We provide companies with training to help their employees work smarter and manage their heavy workload in order to achieve a work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      The only downside to my job is when I can't convenience an organization to put their employees through our workshops.

      Surrounded by passionate people who care about what they do and the people they do it for. Flexible work arrangements, and lots of independent work options.

      This is a network of small companies so the culture of each can be different.
