Avantages
The company offers no benefits to its staff, which explains why the workforce is dominated by either juniors or employees with over 10 years of tenure. There's little to no room for career progression or balance. It’s a cost-cutting organization that prefers overloading employees with manual tasks rather than investing in efficient CRM systems that could streamline the workload. As a result, you'll likely feel undervalued and overworked, with little regard for your time or contribution.
Inconvénients
The most significant issue with this company is how poorly it treats its employees and the toxic workplace culture. There have been multiple reports of sexual harassment, and management is problematic at best. They often speak about employees behind their backs, and you'll only receive attention from them if you've "earned" their respect, which is rarely the case. Management is driven by inflated egos and fosters an environment where personal beliefs are strongly enforced, making it uncomfortable for those who don’t share the same views. Socializing outside of work is frowned upon, and you’re likely to be judged negatively for even mentioning going out for drinks. The overall atmosphere is unsafe and hostile, especially for apprentices, as there’s virtually no support structure in place—just one person in HR. Employees are often subjected to shouting and profanity in the office, creating a highly unprofessional environment. Moreover, the company frequently disregards legal regulations and compliance standards, with teams discussing employees inappropriately over company channels. It’s hard to understand how the company stays afloat given the lack of professionalism and constant risk of legal violations. The majority of people still working there seem either desperate to leave or have grown accustomed to being mistreated. You’ll be shocked by the views and behaviors prevalent among staff. Expect long hours (9-6) with unpaid overtime, and during peak periods like Q4, the company will provide meals as a form of compensation for the extended hours. However, don’t expect any real benefits or acknowledgment for your hard work. In short, I would strongly advise against applying. The lack of support, toxic culture, and overall disregard for employee well-being make it a place you’ll likely regret being a part of.
