Avantages
Co-workers were supportive and helped ease the chaos — at least someone was doing their job. The company speaks fluently about "career growth" and "opportunities" — even if you don’t get to experience it. Work-life balance was great… because it ended before work could begin. Diversity and inclusion — you’ll meet interns from all over, equally confused and unpaid. Management makes occasional appearances — kind of like guest stars in a sitcom.
Inconvénients
Stipend looked great on paper. Turns out, it was just on paper. Training was like a treasure hunt — minus the treasure. Internship promised 3 months, ended in 1 — with “performance” used as the mystery excuse (no review, no warning). No clarity, no mentorship, and absolutely no idea what’s happening half the time. Payroll job? More like payroll ghost story. Promised, hyped, never seen.
