Avantages
The wage is fair and you can earn a decent living. The benefits are fair & decent. It's not a bad place to work. It's just not exciting.
Inconvénients
ASRC heavily on government contracts, so as an employee, if you are a contractor, you are typically not connected to the company so it's hard to get a feel for the company, to feel invested and also to advance unless you move. Also, if you are on a contract, you are only an asset or a human resource to the company for as long as the contract last . . . and you know it.
