Small company that truly understands the challenges of the modern professional balancing work and life. Sensitive and respects people for time off, even on short notice. Technology competency is broad, allowing employees to grow and expand their professional skills. We recognize the need to diversify into offering services geared towards the business.
Leadership team understands what needs to be done to meet tactical objectives. When we need to come together and solve a problem, we tend to succeed. When Bob gets involved, things get done.
During this current recession, we appear to be doing reasonable well. We seemed to have found our groove for sales and the types of clients to go after.
Inconvénients
Being a small company, we have very little in the way of training. Our budgets are tight, so many things that one would take for granted, are not at PL. Creature comforts, a modern website, dressed-up office are lacking.
We are not strategic enough, and are always fighting fires. Tend to have knee-jerk reactions, running from "one side of the ship to the other" whenever it seems the wind changes.
The really skilled senior people are stretched way to thin and over-worked. These individuals carry the company and often making up for less skilled or senior resources.
We have been bouncing within a range revenue wise and not sure that will change anytime soon.
