Avantages

The only pros is I was blessed with good colleagues.

Inconvénients

A ridiculous, uncivilised manager who would humiliate and yell at the employees. This is the main reason for the super high turnover rate in the company. Hygiene in the production area is definitely below the standard.

The social media like Xiao Hong Shu for mega flour has been stop update. I guess the company should consider finding someone who is in active digital marketing or so called content creator like Jeff & Inthira or Khairul aming who already have experience in how to using social media to make Prima to be known among youngster population. Currently the market it is unlikely using the traditional way solely depend on face to face sales but now we also have to manage the online social portfolio . For example , Berjaya group Chrsyseis Tan , she also building her brand name Lumi skincare product even she has been so famous and well known but she still put an effort in marketing her Berjaya group among youngster generation. It make people wonder about her products and how attract youngster to join the company . And obviously it will divert to the sales in her retails store. Prima already have history brand name but it wasn’t strong enough to be market in China. And Xiao Hong shu is the only one social media tool to be spread among China citizens. The traditional way of sales and marketing is unlikely to be cope with current trend anymore. Prima should start explore more sales or marketing way instead of former way. Not only that , in fact in China certain brand such as oven like Haishi oven, they foam a wechat group for retail or among small bakery store or who purchase their products manage to join the wechat group. and always there is a new update in recipe and even technical question to be answer just within a second once you asked. Therefore it encourage them to buy more their flour or oven products. So how Prima know about it since none of sales person is a housewife who knows this little small things and join the group, Prima can’t cope with it. So hard to survive in China. The flour is good but no people know, no after service like local brand. A community support within your hand and sharing your bakery goods among hobbies baker or even some small shop bakery group. So Prima can consider it. But I think a bit hard cause no people know all this since I guess none of sales person manage to know this wechat group that helping to boost their sales.
