      Very nice coworkers, we had music through the speakers 24/7 which took away a lot of pain

      The favoritism is through the roof, the management are constantly changing their minds and making unnecessary rules.

      Avantages

      Great company with a supportive team and non-toxic work environment. Management is approachable and values employee input, and the boss is very smart and great to learn from. There are good opportunities for growth, fair compensation with bonuses, and thoughtful perks like gifts and team activities. The company promotes work-life balance and provides a safe, respectful, and well-organized workplace. Easily one of the best places I’ve worked.
