Free tea and coffee is the only thing

Inconvénients

Culture of bullying No Christmas party No value for employees at all levels No staff retention, have seen more people leave Directors don't care about employees No benefits to working here avoid at all costs

Avantages

In all honesty I just love the people I work with, which obviously makes work a lot easier. We are pretty much left to get on with our work without being micromanaged which actually creates a lot more efficient work I think.

Inconvénients

Cons are definitely the offices - although I hear noise that they may be looking for other premises? Just trying to squeeze a lot of people in and its too cramped. Plus not parking which is a nightmare

Avantages

Great people I really enjoy the team I work with. Feel like I am well looked after, if I ever have an issue I feel confident that I can speak to my manager

Inconvénients

Sometimes hard but what job isnt !!
