I'm trying come up with something. Anything.... Nope, can't think of a positive except my payroll check has never bounced (yet)

Inconvénients

Oh my the list goes on and on. They have all major positions for famy/life long friends regardless if it is a good fit or not. There is no opportunity for growth but the biggest disappoint is the lying they do. Promises are made to get you to accept the position, but promises are never kept. HR does absolutely nothing about poor treatment because she is too busy looking in the mirror. Berating of each other runs rampant and some long time employees are allowed to treat everyone poorly. The "this is your last chance to straighten up" is constantly reset. Do yourself a big favor and decline any offer.

Finally, your assertions about our internal culture and staff unwillingness to do anything about problem people or practices would have more credibility without the inferences and ad hominems against our staff.
