Avantages

Independant contractor, yet treated like a employee, with no benefits.

Inconvénients

My advice is to have a decent car that gives you 30+ miles per gallon. You will put about 975 miles per week on your car (50,000 a year) . Does not take long to wear one out. The sign on bonus is bogus as you must pay upfront for uniforms, Industrial Insurance and about $48.00 per week for phone and uniform rental. Training is nothing, notta. You learn as you deliver. You must have a GPS for driving directions. I have been there for almost a year and have never been told what a good job I am doing muck less appreciated. They just do not care. The Craigslist add is bogus. I do not know of any driver that makes over $2,400.00 a month and you work 5 days 12 hours a day. That is less than $8.00 per hour and $90.00 a week in gas.

I have very little qualifications and i make an average of $1200/week. It is one of a few jobs that will allow you to work as many hours as you want. Because you are a sub contractor you don't receive overtime pay, but depending on what you're doing the pay is negotiable.

Inconvénients

Just like every other job I've ever worked, there are policies I don't agree with. With that said, I think that the good outweighs the bad.

The only Pro was you THINK you have a good job...until u get a paycheck

Inconvénients

This was the biggest scam ever...I was without a job for months and i come across a job on craigslist that says $750-1200 a week. WHAT A JOKE! first off you have to pay for all of your starter fees and you have to use their radios in which they charge u like $30 a day. I worked here for a little under a month. I didnt realize how little i was getting paid because you had to wait 2 week for your first check. and they also told me because of the date I started work I would only have 1 days work on my first check. my first check for like 4 hours of work was $33. And i was like ok thats cool I guess I really didnt do much. So working 530am-9pm everyday delivering water mostly to companies and school ALL OVER including in a different state spending my money on gas. And my next paycheck was $12!!!!!!!! I was so pissed that obviously I quit lol. and my final paycheck for 3 days of work was $0.36. I lost close to $1300 in gas expenses and put tons of miles on my car. this is the most corrupt job ever. they also claim to pay you 0.56 a mile which isnt true.
