      Avantages

      The values at Predium are genuinely lived and not just empty words. "Psychological safety" is present in Predium, so I am encouraged to express my opinion/ideas/feedback and to challenge the status quo of things. I am provided with actionable feedback, and I can provide feedback anytime without any issues as well. My work changes very often and I am constantly challenged with new tasks while mastering the ones I did before.
