- Very respectful culture. They hire some good people here. I always felt I was treated kindly and with respect - Good way to get your hand on some big projects. There's a pretty experimental culture here, so, if you're willing to put in the work, they'll let you do some pretty big stuff - Ability to work with big clients. You mostly work with Fortune 50's here.

- Small company problems. If you're looking for ridgid structure, this isn't the place. Its a small company. It comes with the advantages as well as the disadvantages that comes with that terratory.
