Avantages
Due the environment, colleagues are rather tight knit and have common enemies.
Inconvénients

1) Overtime culture
- workload is mad and can never be finished, start on new jobs when the existing are not cleared yet
2) Unrealistic expectation
- my time there felt like i was worst than a slave, sell my life to the company
- management expect a fresh graduate to know everything when we are suppose to learn
- blacklisting culture
3) Lost of freedom
- can cancel after work appointment, you got no time for it anyways
4) Customer is always right
- company always side the customers, have unrealistic timeline also will agree, staff still have to apologise even if the customer is wrong
