Due the environment, colleagues are rather tight knit and have common enemies.

Don't even know where to start. 1) Overtime culture - workload is mad and can never be finished, start on new jobs when the existing are not cleared yet 2) Unrealistic expectation - my time there felt like i was worst than a slave, sell my life to the company - management expect a fresh graduate to know everything when we are suppose to learn - blacklisting culture 3) Lost of freedom - can cancel after work appointment, you got no time for it anyways 4) Customer is always right - company always side the customers, have unrealistic timeline also will agree, staff still have to apologise even if the customer is wrong

Got to know some good colleagues

- The boss "sweet-talk" and asked me to resign myself in November so that he does not need to pay me year and bonus and he knew that I was going to have vacation in December. Reason being he thinks that I can unleash my potential better elsewhere. And he expect me to leave the next day. - He did not pay me pro-rated bonus at all. - He even lied to my other colleagues about the reason I leave and I was not the only one who he used such method to ask us to go. - Basically the boss only care about his own benefits and treat staff without any thoughts and concern.
