      Avantages

      All I can say is that the benefits were good.

      Inconvénients

      Out of date policies, lack of standardized processes, workplace cliques. You need to watch your back at all times. Immature coworkers that try to befriend you only to stab you in the back and tattletale to the supervisor. Impossible to maintain professional relationships with coworkers that insist on knowing all of the details of your personal life.

      Great company to work for. I am learning so much and no one will ever hesitate to answer your questions.

      Avantages

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
