      Avantages

      Culture here was amazing. When you are stumped while trying to diagnose the problem there would be an engineering team where you can freely go up to them and resolve the problem simply by discussing the issue. Free food is provided, beer o'clocks, ping-pong challenges, arcade games and gitone. Doesn't feel like you're working. but things get done.

      Inconvénients

      End of month seems like an apocalypse. Sending out last minute shipments and orders to other business units/ customers. Some times quite un-organized and it would take hours to get the information.

      Terrific feedback! Thank you! Working together to solve problems is one of our strengths. Sounds like we need to get better at order processing and fulfillment, especially as volume continues to increase. Proper communications is a great place to start.       Avantages

      Great team management skill, they allocated work based on logical process's. Pay was good with room to increase with they commission related pay.

      Inconvénients

      The work season wasn't long enough, though not their faults there was other areas that held up their progression.
