      Avantages

      There is a lot of room for promotion if you work hard. They encourage working in all different departments to make you a well rounded and valuable employee.

      Inconvénients

      Increase in non-skilled/experienced labor in production; use of temp services with workers that have little experience or poor performance.

      Avantages

      Learned lots of manufacturing as well as completely running an office with over 50 people. I learned payroll along with accounts payable and receivable on QuickBooks.

      Inconvénients

      Primarily an automotive manufacturing plant consisting of tools and jigs for the wire harness industry. I would have liked to see new industries.
