Management is horrible. The owners like to talk behind people's back.

Job is easy and there are some efforts to show gratitude towards employees. The company provides free coffee and a salad bar, and has yearly picnics and Christmas parties where you can win cool prizes. I also remember a year where the company president gave every employee a Thanksgiving turkey. Company president is a nice person, but his management team is severely flawed.

Horrendous management in QA. Tasks are divided unevenly. And each department has "cliques" that resemble high school. If you aren't personal friends with management, you are treated poorly. HR is an absolute joke who is vastly underqualified (is married to the company president, so....makes sense) and ignores sexual harassment claims. There are a few hard workers, but in my opinion their efforts are wasted at that place. The pay is also below the average for that lie of work in that area and there is zero room for upward mobility. Avoid this place!
