Avantages
PD is a tight-knit group of marketing professionals; excellent work/life balance with flexibility and understanding leaders; investments are being made in the right areas to grow from the small agency roots to integrate into the larger RRD corporation; a lot of potential growth with the introduction of the RRD client base
Inconvénients
Overall benefits package that RRD brought to the table was a downgrade to what had been offered prior to acquisition; still some turbulence with the RRD acquisition and where PD fits into the broader organization messaging & goals
