      Avantages

      Flexibility in your work schedule. Can work anywhere within reason. The people are super understanding and have open communication. All federal holidays off + off half day before. Almost 2 weeks off at Christmas time to be with family. Generous PTO and sick time.

      Inconvénients

      Bonuses are paid out quarterly. Maternity leave is like 2-3 weeks.

      Remote, Flexible schedule, management trusts in you to do your job and doesn't micro-manage, company paid insurance and 401k match, great comradery within the team. Promotes from within

      Pay isn't great for my position, but the job is VERY easy.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, friendly co workers, decent time off and benefits. CEO is friendly and I believe truly wants the best for his employees. Just needs to take a closer look at who he has in charge…

      Inconvénients

      MANAGEMENT is a major issue. So scattered and unorganized. Stepping on each other’s toes and firing people left and right in the chaos. Certain people are in management that are extremely disqualified and don’t know how to manage. Will never own up to mistakes and “things they tried” that didn’t work and instead just fire people as collateral damage to their mistakes. Don’t listen to new ideas and are very stuck in their ways. Also big time favoritism happening which is not okay. Micromanaging at its finest too! Company is decent but they need to clean house in management and get new hires who actually know how to lead.
