Avantages
I do not think Rohit (CEO) even understands meaning of anything that starts with Pro. He is not even a proper professional. He is only Pro in irritating his staff.
Inconvénients
This is an open secrete that Rohit hates QE team and testing profession in general. He thinks that they are good for nothing and the salaries he is paying them is charity. You can commonly hear phrases like we need to put them in their place, We need to keep an eye on them, Fire them all, I will show them, Their parents did not teach them common sense etc. From Rohit or whenever new person joins at lead level or above including HR department. Why he hates them so much is something no one can figure out. Small things like moving seats becomes such a huge drama that you will get frustrated. He will tell dev teams to move their seats so that he can seat all testers in front of him and can keep an eye on them. Process and systems are so bad that all new dev work gets tested after 2-4 months because QE team is always busy clearing massive backlog. Then they find 5-600 bugs which gets fixed till the last day of release and if something gets missed they get blamed and fired ignoring all the last minute changes. Recently 50% of QE team was let go in 1 day. DO NOT JOIN OR INTERVIEW IF YOU ARE A QE TESTER. Although he has no lost love for developers but he keeps a special place in his black heart to hate testers.
