      Good place to enter to semi-conductor industry. Can learn about ODM side of things. Fast-paced and require more attention to detail as customer demand fluctuate a lot. Good team work and coworkers.

      Customer demand fluctuate caused repetition work on demand control. Lack of internal resources hold back company performance.
