Avantages
In spite of the mass layoffs, there are still some great people to work with who are knowledgeable and skilled in their respective fields.
Inconvénients
Granular micromanagement to a degree an owner has no business being involved in. Because of this horrendous leadership from the top, everyone below is paralyzed to make any decisions, even upper management. This dynamic creates a very toxic work environment of people constantly on edge. They have let some very long time and loyal people go, some with over 20+ years experience and this has people further on edge. They think talent is interchangeable and the ones making decisions to fire have very little working knowledge of individual skills and values they bring to the table.
