Absolutely management. Can someone tell me why Adam Puttkammer still has a job here? You let David go, the only manager that motivated us. You force us into a restructure that is clearly not working. You let US go, for your poor choices Adam.... we have worked our butts of for years for you. We have sacrificed our personal lives and families for you. Instead of motivating us, you threaten us.
Please kids....DO NOT WORK HERE. This place does damage to your self esteem and to your life. I feel sorry for the young college grads that they will try to recruit to rebuild this place. They won't know any better and will taken advantage of. Being a top sales person for years, I should not have lost my job. Adam should have. However, leaving is the best thing to happen to me. I will not miss this place one bit. What a misery.
