      Avantages

      You can not do a lot of work and get away with that. Leadership is very good at that!

      Inconvénients

      Leadership has been there way too long and lacks management skills. They don’t like new ideas or people who go against their zero population messaging. They say they want to use reproductive health as their primary way to reach “zero population” but pick up one piece of their direct mail and you see they’re blaming covid on population growth and trying to use poor people in the global south as scapegoats under “climate” concerns.

      Avantages

      Population Connection offers staff a great deal of autonomy and independence in carving out their roles. Staff members are valued for their individual contributions to the team and overall mission. Excellent compensation.

      Inconvénients

      You should thrive working independently. This is the place for self-starters.

      They were very supportive and communicative of their needs, also a pretty laid back environment.
