New senior management that came into play late 2017 and early 2018 is out of touch and has ruined the company and staff morale. They preach they care for staff but have back stabbed all the employees for the last 12 months, and continue to do so. There is an agenda to replace existing management with “friends” of Joe Burton and his new team. They all have zero interests at heart for existing employees. Sales targets have been made unachievably high and new caps put in place both above and below 100% to reduce commission payments. Winning a large deal results in an additional increase in targets mid quarter to prevent commission accelerators. Management wants detailed reporting in Salesforce but provide low confidence that sales are accurately measured. Staff have been given mandatory numerical/IQ tests poorly disguised as “surveys” and requested activity reports which are more akin to timesheets. Management removed stocks/share allocation to staff so now only senior management now receive them. Plantronics has become, without a doubt, the absolute worst employment experience I have ever had.
