      Avantages

      Colleagues: friendly, bright individuals albeit somewhat geeky. Management: not unreasonably demanding, bright. Work content: interesting projects, varied. Clients: good opportunity to work for large clients, mostly in the media industry. Good for people with analytical background, who are interested in the scientific side of marketing. Culture: innovative, focussed on ideas. Work life balance: good.

      Inconvénients

      Career opportunities limited. Compensation OK, but benefits limited.

      There were no pros working with this company

      Inconvénients

      NY and Toronto leadership doesn't appear to understand media planning or team management. One thinks they're a people person, the other thinks they're a philosopher - between the two of them you will get zero actionable insights, no sense that they're actually thinking about strategy, management, workfolw or even the media landscape, but rather nonesene, double standards, moving targets, and otherwise rude, dismissive behavior. Regarding business outlook...just look at Nielsen's stock price over the last few years...
