Responsibilities are earned but given with performance. Hours expectations are reasonable and within industry standards with no overnight travel. The owner has high standards but is actively supportive in helping meet them. The firm has atmosphere of teamwork with each staff supporting one another. Pay is above industry for Spokane with bonus and commissions paid on sold clients. I feel like I am at home when I walk in the door each day for work.
