      Avantages

      *Flexibility with schedule when you need to take off *Not a lot of micromanaging

      Inconvénients

      *Inconsistency and lack of communication in all aspects - from upper management all the way down. *Poor benefits, especially if you have a family or medical condition *No potential for growth or opportunity moving forward *HR is non existent, there are no employee protections

      Avantages

      Laid back atmosphere and good team to work with. Good area to work in and in close proximity to varied residential choices.

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance, minimal paid time off and management squeezed you for hours.Felt more like a sweatshop. Bare minimal benefits.

      Point Innovation regrets that you were not happy during your time with us. All company benefits are disclosed to employees prior to offer acceptance to be considered. We strive for all employees to have a healthy work-life balance by offering unique work schedule flexibility options. Occasionally, we do have time demanding projects which require less than ideal work schedules. We advocate for all employees to come forward in confidence to either upper management or Nextep (our PEO) to express any concerns and/or suggestions. It is unfortunate that we were not able to come to a resolution during your time with the company.
