      pretty flexible with the hours

      small company woes. no benefits. The children who work there are tedious at best.

      *Flexibility with schedule when you need to take off *Not a lot of micromanaging

      Inconvénients

      *Inconsistency and lack of communication in all aspects - from upper management all the way down. *Poor benefits, especially if you have a family or medical condition *No potential for growth or opportunity moving forward *HR is non existent, there are no employee protections
