      Avantages

      Pay is low for the experience and position, but the mandatory overtime will give a decent paycheck.

      Inconvénients

      Hours: expect forced OT weekly 56-60hrs are mandatory. If you're a student or have a side job, forget about it. Management is not professional. They are 'clique' mentality, and you can be sure to be thrown under the bus at some point.
