      - You get to work with robots! - Great management practices from the supervisors and the executives. - Plenty of opportunities and support for learning and skill development. - Flexibility with hours and time off. - Plenty of opportunities to travel (a huge pro if you love traveling). - Lots of company outings and events that allow you to connect with your coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      - Typical growing pains of a startup: many things lack a "standard", and are currently pending documentation. - Not many employees so it's likely you won't have a backup for something you know how to do.

      Avantages

      I love my coworkers and my team, and everybody pulls their weight. The products and processes are largely well thought out, with great communication between teams.

      Inconvénients

      Career development seems limited- keeping interns on as long as possible to cut costs amidst top talent leaving and layoffs. Projects come in waves, with weeks of calm and time to catch up, followed by fires and heaps of work that are really difficult to manage and maintain. Company finance outlook is concerning due to legal issues and lack of sales.
