      Avantages

      It's a small company so you have a lot of opportunities to refine a lot of processes and drive the company to new goals. If you get along with senior management you will love it here. Unfortunately, you are also probably not a nice person.

      Inconvénients

      Most of senior management is bad. They don't have much regard for your personal life. I feel like my soul was getting sucked away at this company. They don't seem like they do honest business- not tax fraud or anything crazy like that. They just feel sleezy.

      Interns are not enrolled very much in the technical part, more of a data entry job.

      Avantages

      - Company Culture - Plug Smart has that feel of a small company with a direct relationship with the leadership within the company. Plug Smart is an ESOP so everyone is very involved with making the company prosper and you feel a part of a larger portion than just your "job title." - Pay - They have had no problem paying anyone what they are worth. Displaying initiative and drive has gotten me a far and quickly. Honestly if you do well you will get compensated well.

      Inconvénients

      - Work/Life Balance - This has always been more of a personal thing to work on. Plug Smart does set a high standard and expectations, I personally have always put that on my shoulders as a weight rather than a goal. If I lacked in communication and team effort on my part I feel this the most. This is something that everyone will struggle with every company. Just because someone sends an email over the weekend doesn't mean I have to react and respond.
