Tough business to win in - negotiating from a disadvantage with customers as well as not full control of all variables required to win

-Everyone is pretty friendly and easy to work with -Obviously they want things done as soon as possible, but they focus more on excellence than speed. -Rarely take work home over the weekend unless I'm traveling. Pretty respectful of personal time -Remote work friendly. Travel once or twice a quarter. -Open to new ideas and willing to try new things.

-Since the company is on the smaller side, there are fewer resources available for things such as datasets.
