Avantages

I've met good people on my team. My manager was loyal to flexible hours, however, not all managers are like that.

Inconvénients

Some teams often have crunches. Old tech stack. Very hard to get a promotion(due to company's bureaucracy), easier to change a company

Sit down all day. Easy job.

Inconvénients

Equipment is faulty which results in mistakes which hinder bonus eligibility. Constantly short staffed.
