      Avantages

      I really enjoyed my time at the Plaster Group. The owner, Shawn Plaster, is a guy who really cares about his employees and treats them like family. Shawn and the whole management team are really approachable and open to feedback from the consultants. The compensation is great as are the benefits.

      Inconvénients

      I would have liked to have more visibility to the sales pipeline, but this wasn't a huge deal.

      Avantages

      I've had two separate engagements with Plaster Group and both experiences were amazing. The leadership genuinely cares for their consultants and supports them any way possible personally, professionally, and with the clients. I strongly recommend Plaster Group.

      Inconvénients

      As a smaller niche consultant company, sometimes pipeline does not allow for follow on contracts or client engagements.
