      Avantages

      A strong and dedicated management team that is committed to not only growing the company, but also nurturing employee growth from within the organization. Management is very hands on (in a positive way) by providing employees with the necessary tools and training to help in their everyday job functions. Planbox has an excellent team environment. Colleagues are willing to help out when necessary. Overall, an excellent place to work, with a good opportunities for career advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Workload varies, depending on client requests and new business pipeline. There are some days when there just are not enough hours to get your job done.

      Treats you with great respect, won't call you after hours unless it's an emergency

      They hire people that actually want to create value, if you just want to hide there it's not the place for you

If you aspire to grow to your potential then Planbox is an organization where your team members and management will coach you to attain this goal.

      Leader-leader doesn't work for everyone, for instance those that can't own responsibilities or stand by their decisions will not be happy here.
