      Relatively good pay was the only positive aspect.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is incompetent. An executive is a salary thief. The whole system is missing. The employees are not motivated.

      Work Life balance. You are able to study yourself

      Inconvénients

      Lack of a certain design pathway since you are gonna be filled in many blocks in a short design time (mostly you will check the characteristics and I do not concern it is a Cons)
