      Avantages

      - I loved my boss, on the Bulgarian side. A very cool and understanding guy. - The goals are not impossible to meet. There is no crazy "bonus" system and the work is not stressful overall. - Onboarding was linear and straightforward - It is a sustainable company that makes fashion less wasteful - I worked with people who knew their craft - Paid city transport card - Team buildings were on workdays so they didn't take up your out-of-work time.

      Inconvénients

      - My team leader was not suited for that role and created a hostile environment - the promised "flexible" work hours were very much not so - The main branch in the Netherlands didn't seem to care about the workers on the Bulgarian side.

      Avantages

      Very well managed company with great culture and excellent benefits. Portland studio is a small tight group who work hard but know how to have fun. Creative work is diverse and challenging.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be long sometimes and job can be very demanding.

      Flexibility, excellent local management, team oriented, and nice office space.

      Inconvénients

      Uncompetitive pay, medial work, lack of creativity, lack of opportunity, poor growth, poor overall company management, excessive favoritism, and financially irresponsible.
