I have been with the company almost a year and I can honestly say this is hands down the best place I have worked. Having been in my career for 18 years and working at multiple medium and large companies, this place makes you truly feel valued. Communication is something that is a very strong pro here with multiple company wide meetings that are informative and relevant. This is extremely beneficial when it comes to project planning to ensure the project aligns with business objectives. Everyone's thoughts are valued and heard and people work hard day in and day out to achieve their goals. Cross-department teamwork is another plus working very closing with the DevOps team on a daily basis (I personally am not on the DevOps team). Management cares about their respective team's wellbeing and personal development. In short, the decision to join the team was the correct move not only for my career growth but overall well being. I would recommend anyone consider employment here
