Avantages
Top of the range salaries, generous holiday policy and the flexible working hours are some of the benefits but my top pick is definitely a human aspect.
I recently had a personal issue which required a lot of time off, coming in late, leaving early etc. Not only that the management never made a single question about it but they also offered me enormous support and made sure I look after my mental health as well as physical. They've made sure I am aware that they are 100% behind me and my job is there when I am ready to come back.
Inconvénients
Management is not aligned at times which makes it very difficult for us to deliver, but I know as a fact from my previous experience that this will happen in any company where there is more than one founder.
Working in a startup is not for everyone, one needs to learn to work in a chaotic and high pace environment.
