      I've never worked for a better CEO. He makes himself available and he cares about your development.

      Inconvénients

      There wasn't a significant amount of structure early on. However, the CEO is establishing standard operating procedures.

      Assigned parking in secure covered garage.

      Inconvénients

      Company does not value its employees. Poor benefits and minimal 401k employer match.
