      Avantages

      - Colleagues are mostly warm and friendly, there is almost no politics between colleagues - Sales seems ethical here

      Inconvénients

      - There is no AWS (13th month pay) - Renumeration package is below industry standard - No standard per diem for overseas business trips - Benefits are below average, only a stocked pantry and minimal insurance coverage that covers essentials - Company lacks overall direction and strategy, there is no vision to execute upon - ‘Management’ is extremely inexperienced - Not much room for growth - Lacks training structure

      Avantages

      I was an summer intern in PigeonLab and eventually worked part time during school semester. PigeonLab is a great place to work and learn. People there are friendly and supportive. Communication is fast. Not much hierarchy. Flexible working hours.

      Inconvénients

      Start up welfare, lack of team bonding activities.

      No direction and terrible strategy, a case of blaming employees for not knowing what they want
