We the staff are forced to deal with all these issues whilst the fat cats in Head Office sit there with little to no concern about the wellbeing of the staff. Curzon pay the living wage, have a diverse programme, use Vista but without 90% of the issues Picturehouse has, recently they agreed to paid breaks for staff. Then there is Picturehouse, in every possible way Cineworld are systematically destroying the once great reputation Picturehouse had, even losing employees to Curzon.
