      Hours, flexibility if you had a good staff, fun, allowed you to be creative.

      Pay wasn't great, if people called out you had to work open to close, often alone.

      Fun work environment. You get to meet a lot of new people.

      Inconvénients

      Commission is hard to get if you’re not very outgoing! I mean very outgoing!
